Dan Hizgilov represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice consists of all aspects of commercial real estate, including financing and refinancing on behalf of national and regional lenders, private capital providers, and borrowers, acquisitions and dispositions, development and leasing, joint ventures, and portfolio transactions.

Dan has experience representing developers, real estate investment funds, and homebuilders in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and general real property matters involving industrial, logistics and technology-related assets, multifamily and student housing, office and retail, mixed-use and hospitality, and health care and senior housing properties. He also represents national and regional lenders, private capital providers, and borrowers in real estate secured lending matters across those asset classes. In addition, Dan advises corporate clients on the real estate aspects of merger and acquisition transactions.

Dan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
