Bruce Hsiao focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation, including major warehouse fire disputes, product defect claims, and international trade controversies. He represents a wide range of multinational clients in diverse litigation proceedings. With a degree from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University — an institution renowned for its strengths in science and technology — Bruce leverages technical and legal perspectives to develop effective dispute resolution strategies.
Bruce frequently handles highly technical civil matters, such as disputes involving electric vehicle components and defects in energy storage systems. He also supports corporations in conducting internal investigations, including administrative disputes related to origin labeling issues, helping clients identify operational risks and mitigate potential legal exposure. In addition, he has experience resolving employer–employee controversies, including occupational injury disputes.
Beyond his litigation practice, Bruce has assisted numerous global clients with environmental, social, and governance (ESG)-related matters. His work includes evaluating ESG-related proxy voting guidelines and analyzing the applicability of Taiwan's ESG regulatory framework, enabling companies to strengthen compliance and governance in line with emerging sustainability standards.
