Anne-Charlotte Hoyé's practice focuses on EU and French competition law matters. In addition, she has experience in EU regulatory frameworks affecting network industries and State aids, particularly in the transportation, energy, and telecommunication sectors.
Anne-Charlotte advises multinational companies in their proceedings before the European Commission and national competition authorities. She handles matters involving anticompetitive actions (cartels and abuse of dominance), merger control, State aids, FSR (Foreign Subsidies Regulation), and FDI (Foreign Direct Investment). Her sector experience includes rail and energy, EU digital and platform regulation, and internal market issues.
Anne-Charlotte's master thesis was on EU regulation and competition law for sustainable mobility and rail industrial policy.
