Alex Hohl focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. His practice has involved businesses in the consumer goods, sports, media and telecom, logistics, energy, industrial products, and technology sectors.
Outside of his practice, Alex serves in his local community and is a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee for New Heights Youth, Inc.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Alex worked in the corporate department of another leading international law firm. While attending law school, he was a graduate assistant for the Columbia Women's Basketball Team.
Before attending law school, Alex worked in real estate at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) and in advertising technology at Google.
He is also a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
