Wilson Grooms represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice consists of all aspects of commercial real estate, including financing and refinancing, acquisitions and dispositions, development and construction, joint ventures and portfolio transactions, and the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Wilson's experience includes representing developers, real estate investment funds, and REITs (real estate investment trusts) in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and portfolio transactions involving industrial and logistics, multifamily and residential, office and retail, student housing and hospitality, and health care and senior living assets. He also represents national and regional lenders in a variety of real estate secured lending matters, including construction, acquisition, and portfolio financings and refinancings across those asset classes. In addition, Wilson counsels corporate and institutional owners and tenants on the real estate components of merger and acquisition transactions.
