Victor Grillo's practice focuses on private M&A. He regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and joint ventures, both domestic and cross-border, acting for industrial groups, institutional investors, and private equity funds. His practice also includes all aspects of corporate law.
Victor has developed particular experience in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, notably in transactions involving project portfolios, regulated assets, and project finance structures.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Victor assisted the Caisse des dépôts et consignations in connection with a joint venture with the Reden Solar group related to a portfolio of solar projects. He also advised Compagnie Nationale de Navigation on the sale of the Héli Union group, a provider of helicopter services in the civil and military sectors, as well as Bee Family Office, an asset manager, on the sale of La Compagnie des Pyrénées, a company active in the operation and bottling of natural mineral water, notably under the Eau Neuve (Ô9) brand. In addition, he was involved in several acquisitions and disposals of industrial and transportation assets, acting for industrial players and for financial investors.
