Victoire Guespereau advises debtors, creditors, investors, and shareholders on all forms of French insolvency proceedings (sauvegarde, redressement judiciaire, and liquidation judiciaire) as well as complex cross-border restructurings. She delivers strategic counsel on matters involving operational or financial distress, whether through consensual out-of-court solutions or within court-supervised insolvency proceedings.

Her practice also encompasses strategic carve-outs, group reorganizations, and the sale of, acquisition of, or investment in distressed equity interests, as well as sensitive commercial litigation arising from insolvency matters.

She serves a diverse French and international client base, private equity firms, investment funds, banks, and corporates across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, cloud computing, aeronautics, and household appliances.
