Etienne Gévodant represents French and international groups in labor disputes and advises clients on all aspects of employment and labor law, including issues related to the creation, performance, and termination of employment contracts. He also advises companies on employee health and safety and the resolution of internal investigations.
Etienne assists companies with collective matters such as the organization of professional elections, the conduct of strikes, the management of employee representatives, and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Etienne gained experience assisting companies in the logistics and civil and military aviation sectors in managing the full spectrum of employment and labor law.
