Samuel Ferguson represents and advises clients on a wide range of labor management relations issues and employment matters. Samuel's practice focuses on traditional labor matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
Samuel has worked on matters involving union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice proceedings, and labor arbitrations. He also advises clients on employment law and business transactions and was recently a member of the team advising a biotech client in its acquisition of a cell and gene therapy company.
In addition to a well-rounded pro bono practice, Samuel volunteers and mentors high school students with Minds Matter Chicago, an organization dedicated to equalizing educational opportunities for low-income students. He is also a member of LAGBAC, Chicago's LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
