Graham Foster's experience includes litigation in state and federal courts, arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and the Railway Labor Act (RLA), and other disputes before federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Beyond litigation and other disputes work, Graham counsels clients on issues relating to government contracts, presidential executive orders, Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and other state and federal laws. Graham has particular experience advising clients regarding their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and other employment-related risks.
Graham maintains an active pro bono practice and currently represents the interests of local children in a custody dispute before the D.C. Superior Court.
