Alissa Fideli's practice focuses on commercial litigation and includes representing a national consumer credit reporting agency in individual consumer credit litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Alissa supported and counseled clients through the discovery process, assisting major telecommunications, health care, and entertainment corporations during government investigations, merger reviews, and large-scale litigations. Alissa collaborated with client counsel in leveraging analytics technology and e-discovery best practices to efficiently and cost-effectively achieve clients' goals.
