Cole Engle represents private equity funds and public and private companies in private equity and M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate governance matters. He has been involved in transactions in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, and media.

Prior to attending law school, Cole worked for an accounting firm in the state of Louisiana, where he was staffed on an emergency financial relief project in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and major weather events.
