Ryan Demarest represents businesses in complex labor and employment disputes with their employees. He has handled a wide variety of labor and employment matters for clients, including defending against claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA).
Ryan also maintains an active pro bono practice.
