Julia Doskoch focuses her practice on commercial finance and capital markets transactions. She has experience in debt and equity securities offerings and advising clients in reporting obligations and financing transactions, including representing public and private borrowers across diverse industry sectors.
Julia is an active contributor to Jones Day's pro bono efforts, which includes providing legal services to individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
