Amandine Delsaux has 18 years of experience in the project and energy regulatory sectors, both domestic and in Francophone Africa.
Amandine focuses her practice on energy and infrastructure projects in France and French-speaking Africa, advising sponsors, investors, and financial institutions on the legal and regulatory issues related to the development, acquisition, construction, and financing of multisourced energy projects. She assists clients on regulatory and project matters involving renewable energies (wind, solar, biomass, cogeneration, hydroelectricity, and hydrogen) and traditional energies (nuclear, combined cycle gas turbine [CCGT], and gas).
Amandine provides sound and forward-looking legal advice to clients, handling legal risks analysis through the carrying out of vendor or seller due diligences; reviewing, drafting, and negotiating EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) and O&M (operation and maintenance) contracts; as well as drafting and negotiating corporate PPAs (power purchase agreements).
