Will Clarke represents clients in complex civil litigation and arbitration in a wide range of complex disputes. He acts for global corporations and high net worth individuals in high-value matters, including fraud, asset recovery, construction, and contractual disputes.
Will's recent experience includes acting for: a multinational aerospace corporation in a contractual dispute in the High Court of England and Wales; a multinational energy and infrastructure corporation in ICC arbitration proceedings; the Commercial Bank of Dubai in obtaining declaratory and injunctive relief relating to sham documents and fraudulent proceedings in the UAE; and Femern A/S as project counsel in a multibillion euro series of claims relating to the world's largest immersed tunnel project.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Will served as an officer in the British Army.
