Sinéad Corbett practices corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and internal restructurings.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Sinéad was an associate at Ireland's leading corporate law firm, where she worked on a wide range of M&A and private equity deals and transactions for a variety of clients, including large-scale domestic and international companies and investment funds as well as private investors and early-stage start-ups.
