Raphaël Cano advises on telecommunications, media, and technology projects across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure.
He acts for public authorities, international groups, and corporate clients, covering the regulatory, contractual, dispute resolution, and transactional aspects of these projects. His practice also extends to strategic government-regulated matters, information technology, electronic communications, emerging technologies, and intellectual property.
Raphaël has prior experience with leading technology and IP law firms. He previously spent more than four years in the private sector in a combined strategic and legal role with responsibility for international business development.
