Martina Carpenzano's practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust and competition law, at the EU and Italian levels, as well as consumer protection law. Martina also has experience in antitrust litigation, and she regularly assists clients with various national and EU regulatory matters.
Martina's academic background includes study periods in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Martina previously interned in the legal department of the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.
Martina is based in the Milan Office and also works closely with the Brussels Office, assisting clients on EU and Italian antitrust and competition law matters, as well as regulatory issues.
