Maddie Clabough represents corporate clients in business restructuring and reorganization matters, including chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed transactions.
Maddie also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients through Cleveland's Right to Counsel program, which gives eligible low-income Cleveland tenants free legal representation in eviction hearings in Cleveland Housing Court.
