Hannah Charfreitag joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2026. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day. Hannah will be focusing on investigations, white collar defense, and compliance.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Hannah was a research assistant at a boutique law firm for medical law, clerked at an international law firm where she worked on internal investigations and white collar defense, and clerked at the German Embassy in Canberra (Australian Capital Territory [ACT]).
