Ejin Choi focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has represented clients through all stages of litigation, including prelitigation fact investigations, motion practice, discovery, and mediation.
Prior to attending law school in the United States, Ejin practiced as an attorney at one of South Korea's leading law firms, where she advised domestic and multinational clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and international arbitration. Her experience provides valuable insight into cross-border disputes and international business matters.
