Ben Constine represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination claims, government investigations, compliance matters, as well as traditional labor disputes. Much of his practice involves representing airlines and railroads in matters under the Railway Labor Act, including in disputes before the National Mediation Board. Ben regularly represents clients in labor arbitrations concerning disputes over contract interpretation, discipline, and discharge. Ben also has experience in disputes under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and in multiple stages of litigation, including discovery and motions practice.
Ben maintains an active pro bono practice, representing incarcerated individuals. He also volunteers as a collegiate mock trial coach at the University of Virginia.
