Belén Castillo advises clients ranging from national and multinational companies to real estate investment firms and investment funds. She has worked on all types of real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of real estate assets, development of assets, and the establishment of joint ventures operations. She has experience advising on due diligence processes, negotiation of agreements, and the closing of such transactions.
Belén has advised on multiple projects involving real estate assets, such as logistics, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential. She has worked closely with clients in the acquisition of assets to transform the use of the assets to lodging, flex living, co-living, senior living, and student housing.
In addition, Belén has in-depth experience in lease agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, and real estate financing. She most recently advised an international investment fund on the acquisition of various investment vehicles holding real estate assets in Spain.
