Amanda Clark represents and advises corporate clients in complex labor and employment litigation.

Amanda has represented employers in California wage and hour class actions in state and federal courts and in representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She has experience in all stages of litigation and arbitration, including pleadings, fact investigation, motion practice, depositions, and discovery. Amanda's team-orientated approach is instrumental in ensuring that clients receive the most meaningful results possible both in and outside of the courtroom. In addition to her litigation practice, Amanda helps counsel employers on their policies and practices to help them navigate California's employment laws.

Amanda maintains an active pro bono practice, representing survivors of human trafficking as they seek vacatur relief of their criminal records.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Amanda worked as a student mediator through the USC Mediation Clinic taking on cases from the Los Angeles Small Claims Division, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH).
