Victoria Banson is a dispute resolution lawyer with more than 10 years' experience. She focuses her practice on providing technical advice to clients and colleagues advising on substantive issues of law and procedure. In particular, she acts as an advocate before the masters in the Business List (Chd) and King's Bench Divisions on various procedural and substantive applications including enforcement of judgments in the High Court and County Court.

Victoria's role includes producing external and internal know-how ensuring that the department is up to date on recent procedural developments and department policy. She is also the liaison between Jones Day and the High Court of London, being the Firm's sole representative on various user committees.

Victoria advises at the Waterloo Legal Advice Service, a weekly pro bono legal advice clinic. Among other representations, she acted as sole advisor for an individual in a complex and protracted litigation in connection with the theft of funds deposited in a Barbadian bank account. After she traced the rightful owner of the account, Victoria successfully secured a pro bono court award.
