Tim Ballingal's practice focuses on complex commercial disputes for international and domestic clients, with an emphasis on financial services and corporate litigation and investigations.
Tim has extensive experience advising global corporations, financial institutions, funds, trust companies, and high net worth individuals in relation to high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement matters.
