Thomas Boyd advises clients on capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters, stock exchange rules, securities laws, and disclosure obligations.
Thomas's corporate practice includes debt and equity securities offerings. He has represented clients in a variety of transactions, including secured and unsecured debt offerings, as well as registered direct offerings, confidentially marketed public offerings, and "at-the-market" (ATM) capital raising programs. He also advises on U.S. securities law aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including take-private transactions.
Thomas represents a diverse range of clients, including companies in the manufacturing, energy, mining, health care, aerospace, defense, consumer products, and commercial products industries. He also has experience representing financial institutions.
