Pauline Bilfeld practices in the areas of private equity, venture capital, M&A, and capital markets.

She advises private and public companies and their managers at every stage of their development, as well as the private equity firms, industrial, and institutional investors that finance them.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Pauline completed several internships at international law firms and in the M&A legal department of a CAC 40 (French stock market index) company.
