Léa Bussard advises clients on intellectual property matters with a particular focus on wine, spirits, and other regulated consumer products, combining deep knowledge of appellations of origin with cross-border trademark, copyright, and regulatory experience.

Léa's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including disputes involving trademarks, copyright, moral rights, and the protection of creative works. She is regularly involved in all phases of contentious proceedings, including prelitigation strategy, procedural aspects of litigation, and enforcement actions before French authorities and courts. She also advises clients on IP portfolio management, brand protection, and regulatory compliance under French and U.S. laws, with particular experience in the wine, spirits, fashion, and creative industries.

Léa gained hands-on in-house experience through roles with the champagne house Vranken-Pommery Monopole and the Wine Institute in California, advising on wine regulation and cross-border matters affecting producers and trade organizations.
