Erin's patent litigation practice spans various phases of litigation, including issues involving noninfringement, invalidity, discovery, and claim construction. She has worked on matters involving diverse technologies, including medical devices, consumer products, and financial services software.
Erin also advises clients on domestic and international trademark portfolios and brand protection strategies. She works with companies and nonprofit organizations to develop and protect intellectual property assets, enforce trademark rights, and navigate disputes effectively.
