Cameron Bernier represents major financial institutions in complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigation matters.
Cameron has experience across a range of areas, including antitrust, debt securities, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), and the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA). His practice also encompasses advising on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.
Cameron maintains an active pro bono practice. He provides legal support to women from underserved communities in New York through Her Justice and assists survivors of human trafficking through Start Anew.
While in law school, Cameron worked as a student attorney in the Administrative Law, Issues, and Appeals Clinic and contributed to an amicus brief submitted to the Supreme Court on behalf of a nonprofit organization.
