Aubrey Bouchard focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She draws on a decade of research experience to help develop factual records through discovery, deposition preparation, motions practice, and drafting pleadings. Aubrey has been a member of teams defending major clients across multiple industries, including a global energy corporation in a private tort action, a product manufacturer in mass tort and data privacy actions, and a pharmaceutical company against consumer protection and antitrust claims.
Aubrey has experience in witness examination, arguing and defending motions, and assisting with settlement negotiations in Pennsylvania state court. Recently, Aubrey has served as co-counsel representing private litigants in property and breach of contract disputes, through which she has deepened her knowledge of, and attentiveness to, state and local rules of civil procedure.
Aubrey also maintains an active pro bono practice assisting victims of child exploitation and online extremism in seeking justice and institutional change.
Before attending law school, Aubrey worked as a research assistant in art history, developing Geographic Information System (GIS) maps of Rome, Italy.
