Julius Arden advises international and domestic clients on all aspects of labor and employment law. A focus of his practice lies in supporting restructurings, insolvency employment law, and negotiations with works councils. He provides ongoing advice on the drafting of employment and severance agreements as well as on employment law matters in connection with transactions. His practice also includes litigation in individual and collective disputes before the labor courts.

In addition, Julius advises on questions of management liability and executive board and supervisory board compensation, including the preparation of compensation systems, which includes forensic experience in these areas. Julius also advises on domestic and international distribution law matters, particularly regarding long-term supply agreements in the automotive sector.
