Julidé Adak advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, acting for private and listed companies, banks, private equity and debt fund sponsors, and corporate entities. She also works on high yield financings, representing both issuers and initial purchasers.
Her practice focuses on complex bank and bond financings, leveraged acquisition financings, bridge financings, debt restructurings, and other corporate loans and investment-grade syndicated facilities across a variety of sectors in France and internationally.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Julidé practiced for three years in the Paris office of a Magic Circle law firm, where she advised, amongst others, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as facility agent on the refinancing and extension of Carrefour SA's syndicated credit facilities, consolidating two existing credit facilities in an aggregate principal amount of €3.9 billion into a single €4.0 billion syndicated revolving credit facility; Viridien SA on the refinancing of its indebtedness; Teleperformance on the refinancing of its revolving credit facilities; Tereos on its high yield offering of €300 million 5.750% senior notes due 2031 and its high yield offering of €300 million 5.875% senior notes due 2030; and DeepOcean (a Triton portfolio company) on its debut €480 million high yield issuance of senior secured notes due 2031 and $140 million revolving credit and guarantee facilities.
