Ian Ajluni's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience with legal research, brief writing, and motion practice. Ian has helped clients navigate a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, class actions, antitrust litigation, and employment litigation. He has served clients in the health care, higher education, financial services, and automotive industries.
Ian's recent experience includes defending a client in a nationwide class action alleging claims under the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
In addition, Ian maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in criminal appeals, veterans' disability appeals, and asylum proceedings.
