Fanny Allouche focuses on banking law and works on a wide range of financing transactions across the credit spectrum, with experience in the French domestic and international markets.
Fanny advises a sophisticated client base comprising of regulated financial institutions, private equity and debt fund sponsors, and corporate entities in connection with complex financing arrangements (both bank and bond financings), including leveraged acquisition financings, bridge financings, public acquisition financings, as well as restructurings and investment-grade syndicated facilities across various sectors in France and Europe. She also has experience coordinating transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Fanny practiced for more than seven years in the Paris office of a UK Magic Circle law firm, where she represented, amongst others: Standard Chartered as documentation agent and the arrangers in relation to the entablement of a $3 billion sustainability-linked revolving credit facility for the Schlumberger group; CGG on the refinancing of its indebtedness; Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as facility agent of a multicurrency revolving credit facility in connection with the safeguard proceedings of the Casino Guichard-Perrachon group in 2023 and 2024; and Teleperformance SE on the financing of Teleperformance's public offer for Majorel, the financing of the acquisition of the Intelenet group, the financing of the acquisition of Language Line Services Limited and Language Line Solutions LLC, and the establishment of Teleperformance sustainability-linked revolving credit facilities.
