Bijan Aboutorabi focuses on appeals and motions practice.
Before joining Jones Day in 2023, Bijan served as a law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas of the Supreme Court of the United States, Justice James L. "Jay" Mitchell of the Supreme Court of Alabama, Judge Amul R. Thapar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and Judge William H. Pryor Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In addition, Bijan worked at a boutique law firm where his practice focused on appellate advocacy, motions practice, and matters in arbitration.
