Adedola Adefowoju represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters and has experience in federal and state government investigations and regulatory enforcement matters. Her litigation experience includes drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery and document productions, preparing witnesses for depositions, and researching and analyzing complex legal issues to inform litigation strategy. She has worked on matters involving antitrust, securities, and commercial contract disputes.
Adedola maintains an active commitment to pro bono service, with experience in civil rights and fraud-related litigation. She also serves as co-chair of the New York City Bar Association's Sex & the Law Committee, addressing issues on women's rights and equality.
