Dr. Christoph Wolf

Dr. Christoph Wolf advises issuers, banks, and other market participants on capital markets and corporate law issues with a focus on transactional matters. He has worked on numerous public takeovers, initial public offerings, capital increases, and other corporate and capital markets transactions of listed and private companies.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Christoph was Head of Legal for Germany and Austria at Morgan Stanley Bank AG where he spent almost 11 years serving as legal counsel to the investment banking, capital markets, and corporate finance divisions. He also practiced at an international law firm for 14 years and — in addition to his transactional practice — advised executive boards and supervisory boards on questions of insider law and corporate governance involving financial institutions and corporates from various industries.
