Aurélien Tachon advises clients on all aspects of French and international taxation.
He works with companies, investment funds, and banking and financial institutions on the structuring of their domestic and international M&A, private equity, and real estate investment transactions. He advises clients on financial products, as well as on audit and litigation procedures before French and international tax authorities and courts, and on venture capital transactions, as well as equity incentive schemes for managers and employees.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Aurélien interned with several American and French law firms.
