Kate Pereira advises clients on complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings. She has experience across a range of sectors, including banking and financial services, technology, and consumer products, and has also acted in complex taxation disputes.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Kate worked at a leading law firm in Australia, where she represented Australian and international clients in significant commercial disputes. She also has experience advising government clients on a variety of matters, including contractual disputes, class actions, insurance claims, and judicial review applications.
