Gabriella Pinzon advocates for clients in complex civil litigation matters. She has experience in a range of litigation matters and in various stages of the litigation process, including fact investigation, discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and developing successful case strategies.
Gabriella also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
While in law school, Gabriella served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office, Southern District of Florida, in the Major Crimes Section. As a law clerk, she conducted extensive research on various legal issues, analyzed evidence, and drafted various filings.
