Anne-Sophie Perraut's practice focuses on European Union (EU) and French competition law matters. In addition to her antitrust practice, she regularly assists clients on regulatory matters and other aspects of EU law, particularly in the electronic communications sector.

Anne-Sophie's experience spans all areas of competition law, including merger control, anticompetitive agreements, and abuse of dominance. She works regularly on cross-border merger cases, guiding companies from premerger counseling through all steps of the notification process.

Anne-Sophie has been involved in several complex antitrust investigation cases, helping companies respond to the European Commission's (EC) requests for information, appeal EC antitrust decisions before the General Court of the EU, and implement compliance programs. She also has advised companies on State aid law matters.

Anne-Sophie advises companies on a range of national and European regulatory aspects in the electronic communications sector. She was a member of the team that successfully assisted Inmarsat, a global satellite operator, in a preliminary ruling procedure before the European Court of Justice (ECJ).

Prior to joining Jones Day, Anne-Sophie worked in the Paris office of a leading French law firm.
