Nikita Lysyuk advises on complex commercial litigation, including shareholder and joint venture conflicts, high-value property disputes, fraud and asset recovery matters, and competition law proceedings. Nikita has acted for publicly listed and multinational corporations, liquidators, sovereign States and State-owned entities, and sovereign wealth funds across the property, natural resources, energy, defense, and construction sectors. He has advised clients in proceedings before the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the First-tier Tribunal (Property Division), and in UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) arbitration proceedings. He has acted in first-of-their-kind building safety proceedings and in competition cases recognized among The Lawyer's "Top 20 cases for 2023."
