Kaci Katusak represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country, with significant experience in the Texas Business Courts. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation and corporate matters and has experience ranging from Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions and internal investigations to large-scale e-discovery, including data preservation, collection, review, and production.
Prior to attending law school, Kaci worked as a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal in Houston, Texas.
