She routinely advises clients with respect to antitrust issues pertaining to domestic mergers and acquisitions, including pre-transaction risk assessment, Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR) filings, government investigations, and advocacy before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.
