Jake Isenberg advises public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity investments, and other strategic corporate transactions. He also counsels boards and senior management on corporate governance matters.

Jake's representations include VSE Corporation, Engage PEO, Hard Rock International, Flowers Foods, and Bose Corporation, among others.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Jake completed a two-year clerkship in the Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida.
