Niamh Gallery advises lenders, sponsors, and borrowers on a wide range of debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on the real estate sector.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Niamh was an associate at Ireland's leading corporate law firm, where she gained experience in real estate finance, development and acquisition finance, and general corporate lending. Niamh has worked on transactions for a variety of clients, including international credit institutions, private equity investors, and large corporate borrowers. Niamh also served a secondment with an American multinational conglomerate.
