Vida Fatemi advises on a wide range of real estate finance matters, acting on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She advises financial institutions and private equity funds on investment and development facilities, acquisition financings, and loan-on-loan financings.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Vida trained in the London office of a transatlantic full-service law firm and undertook a six-month secondment at IBM.
